On RHOBH, the home was the backdrop to many iconic moments over seven seasons — including the no-air-conditioning dinner party outside and many glamorous white parties. When Kyle isn't in the Encino home, she is often at one of her family's vacation homes in Aspen and La Quinta. The latter property, which you can see in the video above, has a jaw-dropping view and stunning outdoor space. "This is what having a house in the desert is all about," Kyle says in the video above while showing the pool and view of the mountains.

Two sets of double French doors in the master suite (which boasts its own fireplace) open to an 800-square-foot balcony that overlooks the pool, backyard and grounds. The formal dining room, which opens to the kitchen, is downright huge, with a wall of windows offering a stunning view of the park-like backyard.
The home where the legendary musician lived from 1988 to 2002 sold for $8,253,000. The grounds of almost a half-acre are no less impressive, boasting a pool and spa, dining and lounge terraces, a grassy lawn, a lighted sports court, and putting green. After spending a couple of years as a luxury rental, the home returned to the market in July 2021—this time with a price hike, to $6.75 million.

Although Kyle "really fell in love with" the home's kitchen, she has big plans to upgrade it.
The home also features a unique powder room with black and white checkered floors, a black vanity, and a black marble hearth, per BravoTV.com. In a video shared by Bravo, Richards showed off her kitchen — and a “tour” of her refrigerator — and revealed that she did little to the room after she bought the house except to add new light fixtures. In her post, Richards also shared that her youngest daughter, Portia, contoured her nose with self-tanner the night before she took the photos. All in all, Richards still earned the #iwokeuplikethis hashtag she used in her post. In November 29 Instagram Stories, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and two of her daughters, Sophia Umansky and Alexia Umansky, showed the gorgeous snowy sight from their Colorado home as Mauricio Umansky plowed outside.
